What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!! NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS!!!

*Exchanges are limited to request via email and/before the end of your(customers) scheduled LIVE opening. Any request after(listed above) will not be honored.

Exchange of an item from pre-order. Regardless if item is (equal>less than>greater than). Pearl in Time will charge a flat rate restocking fee of $5.00. Which will be invoiced to you to clear. Failure to clear invoice will result in delay in shipping.

  1. PEARL IN TIME Ships anywhere the USPS ships

  2. All orders have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.00. Will be added at check out process. 

  3. Customers will have the option to add other option.(Customer are responsible for any and all other top up charges. Pearl in Time will not be liable).

  4. Pearl in Time is not liable or responsible for any lost, not delivered, or stolen. After it has been you must follow up through with your postmaster or post office for any and all inquiries and insurance steps to follow.

  5. Pearl in time is not liable or responsible for any added customs or VAT taxes/fee to any international orders. Pearl in Time has no control over this.

  6. ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDER HAS BEEN OPENED VIA fb LIVE.
